Tailored Rides believes that horseback riding should be enjoyable as well as purposeful. Our name reflects our program philosophy - lessons are tailored to our clients needs with our equines assisting and providing therapeutic value, as horses naturally do. Equine assisted services can provide real benefits to our students, improving general livelihood and physical abilities.
Tailored Rides is a unique and flexible concept which aims to overcome limitations by making simple adaptations to teaching methods, equipment or needed support. Both the benefits and goals of our program vary by individual based on their personal challenges. For people who have physical and or cognitive disabilities as well as other life challenges, Tailored Rides may be a liberating experience with unparalleled benefits and possibilities.
Tailored Rides lessons bring a fresh insight to learning the basics of English horsemanship. Learn basic English riding skills, grooming, proper handling of the horse, how to tack up, groundwork, equine terminology, and general equine care. All classes focus on the safety of the rider and progress at the riders pace.
We treat each student as an individual and lessons are tailored to produce the best possible outcomes and results with the specific goals of each individual in mind.

Our Therapeutic Riding services are designed to serve individuals with almost any type of special need. TREAT provides equine-assisted activities and services for children & adults with physical and developmental disabilities. TREAT serves those with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, hearing/vision impairments, and other special needs.

Workshops are custom designed to meet your needs. We can accommodate groups from 3 to 20 individuals. Team building and Leadership though equine learning offers a unique and interesting form of learning for you, your employees and your executives. Workshops range from 2 hours to 5 hrs.
